Why on earth would it be harmful? It isn't exactly carrot sticks, but indulging in some cheese dip is fine. Is is pasteurized and processed so it doesn't fall into the unsafe cheese category if that is your concern. Those are cheeses like Brei, Blu Cheese and Gorgonzola. I eat them anyways, but if you are a "better safe than sorry" type, then steer clear.

You'll be fine. One thing to remember about cravings, especially during pregnancy is that's it's your subconscious mind telling you that you need certain nutrients found in those foods. An example is pickles and sodium. If someone needs sodium in thier body, many people crave pickles.
Sure, it's high in fat, but if you craved that dip, maybe you needed a little bit of calcium, or that little bit of fat.

I wouldn't worry! I was craving Chili Cheese dogs like crazy my last tri-mester and had at least one a week (I know, not great nutrition, I'm not recommending it) but my guy turned out fine!

Sure, you can eat basically anything you want. It is reccommended that you stay away from tuna and other types of fish that may contain mercury.
Eat whatever sounds good to you.

ok, so it's not the healthiest food in the world, so your doctor would stay steer clear of it, but it won't harm the baby, if that's what you're worried about, but it could give you heartburn from hell, so be prepared.
