You need to go to Planned Parenthood or to walmart and get a pregnancy test, it it is postitive you need to tell an adult you can trust perferrably your parents, they are going to be upset but they are there to help you.

i know it must be really scary to know that there is a chance that u might be pregnant the best thing u can do is take the test, if you cant buy one go to your family doctor no matter how scary it is and find out for sure.if you are the best course is stop dieting and start a healthy diet and excersise enough but not to much to keep you and the baby healthy. The hardest part is tellin someone tell an adult who you can trust , most preferably a parent or close family member. You dont want to wait to tell every one the day the baby is born cause soemthing could go wrong up until that moment adn im sure thats not the way u want ur parents or soemone to find out and it could risk yours or the babies life. Due to your age it could make the pregnacy worse so the best step is to get an adults help. i know it has to be scary but you gotta think to help both u adn the baby if u think ur parents wont help you go to another trusted abult and consuler school nurse aunt uncle grandparents or friends parents until u feel u can and should tell ur parents. Since you live in a small town they are liable to find out anywayz so remember its always best to hear it from ur mouth rather than from ur neighbor or someone else.

You could be overly tired and sleep longer than usual, Or you could be impulsivly cleaning, which is called nesting = geting your place ready for the baby. And of course throwing up is another sign. As for the diet it might not be the right one for your body. You could be holding in water weight. Some people don't gain weight when they are pregnent. My mother ate a high fat diet but no matter how much she ate she lost 6 pounds when she was pregnet with me. You should go to a store and buy a pregnancy test, and if you can't do it then ask a firend, other family member or even your school nurse. But either way you will need to take some sort of test to know for sure. But next time use some sort of protection. Heck i have seen condoms at the dolar store, and if the guy you are with wont wear them then you have not buisness with that kind of boy.

Sure signs include missed periods, dizziness/ light-headedness, weight gain, vomiting, food cravings, nausea/morning sickness, headaches, frequent urination, fatiguet/tiredness, swollen/tender breasts, and backaches. You need to find out for sure from a doctor. You should be getting prenatal care, because anything could go wrong during a preganancy. You parents may be upset, but your health and the health of the baby should be important enough for them to understand and help you. After they know you can always talk about the options you have such as adoption or keeping the baby, or maybe even abortion if it's not too late and that's what you chose to do. But hiding it is only going to put you under alot of pressure and stress and that is not good for you or the baby. Just tell them. The sooner the better because they will have to find out eventually.

If your trying to lose weight in an unhealthy way, it can stop your period. If you are pregnant, it can cause the baby to be seriously damaged...either way it's not good.

A test cost like $10 at walmart, and planned parenthood will do it for free. You need your parents more than ever if you are pregnant at this young age, it will tear your body up and suck out the nutrients you need because you're still growing. you need special diets and special birthing assistance. I've known several teens who've done it well, and either adopted the baby out, or kept it. it's a hard road, but they managed.

If you're not pregnant, and gaining weight, it could be because you're still eating carbs/chips/crackers, etc, and not truly eating healthy foods. Not enough info there to tell.

Not having your period for a few months is answer enough. You are pregnant. Dieting, well you better stop. The baby growing inside will not be receiving good nutrition and higher chances for baby to be born unhealthy if you are not eating right. Also you are not getting the nutrition by dieting, you are still developing and dieting at such young isn't healthy for you and the baby growing inside you. I suggest to open up to your parents, they will be angry with you but at the end they are the only one that really care about you and your well being. Parents are very forgiving. It will make you strong. Maybe bring it up that you are scared and that you need their support. Because really that is what you need right now. I was there many moons ago, and my parents were my support, they were angry at the beginning but they never left me alone. I love them for it. It will strengthen your family. Good Luck and lots of love for that baby and you.

P.S. Make and appointment with a doctor and do a pregnancy test and ask for advice, it is confidential.

You really need to get a test. This is not safe for your child if you are pregnant. If you go to the free clinic they will help you. Find an older person that can help you like your parents, but if you aren't comfortable with that then maybe a friends mom or your aunt. Good Luck sweetie. REmember to trust god...he will take care of you.

Are you nauseated?

I am sorry, dear, to read about your problem. But it sounds that you are pregnant. Why not to buy a pregnancy test and use it? But anywhay, remember-- you won't be able to hide info from your parents forever. It's better for all of you to find out the truth and if you are pregnant, they should know about this. Believe me, it's not the worst thing that could happen to you and after a while your parents will forgive you. I wish you the best of luck. It sounds a bit funny that some women (including me) try to get pregnant and do everything possible, and for some kids it happens just like "poof! it's done!" Don't be angry for my comment.

other signs could be morning sickness, going off certain foods or craving certain foods, the fact that you have missed your periods for a few months is another sure sign, but it is very important that you go to the doctor to confirm it the doctor . if it comes back that you are, as hard as it may be you need to tell someone , someone you can trust to talk you through your options. it will not be easy to tell your parents maybe you could write them a letter or something, they might not be happy at first but usually they come round and support you. All the best

dahl, unless youre on a healthy diet, please stop until you know for sure. at least for the babys sake. go get a kit, do the test, see a doc, and tell your parents. they may be mad at you for a bit but theres nothing much they can do if youre over 3 months. who knows they might be happy and excited for you anyway. ok my pregnancy book the midwife clinic gave me here saysyoull have probly gained 4.5 to 7kg by week23 (counting from the week of your last period). um pregnancy symptoms are different for everyone but some include the nausea,(not being able to stand certain smells too), sore boobs, tiredness, dizziness(for a bit), theres more but your doc at least should be able to tell you.
hope this helps. good luck

go to the doctor they have to keep it confididential by law, you need to stop dieting and you need to talk to someone about this be it a family adult friend, an aunty or usually the best person your mum. A quick test is a good way to check, borrow some money from someone and buy one they are avaliable at supermarkets, chemists and department stores, you have to face this difficult but nessairy burden, good luck
