i asked this in another category but i thought id try another 1 2 c if i got more answers

they already signed the video release form, which is a binding legal document regardless of what you think about him how do these ppl even think they got a chance of winning, that would be like k-fed asking for half britneys money cuz he thought the pre-nup was a rap contract, what do u think

See, I thought they were claiming that they hadn't given him permission to show them in his movie. If they have signed something then they are SOL.

I guess it depends. It depends on what the contract says. If he lied to them about the movie, and they signed a contract that says the truth, then they would have to prove he lied to them in the first place. We all don't know what the contracts actually say though. Sometimes people take your word for something, when they need to actually read the fine print. I think if they were too dumb to actually read the contract then they're getting what they deserve.

But what if the movie was released here, and the contract said it wouldn't be? That's a whole other story.

oh, it's just a movie, people need to not be so touchy

besides, if those people legally signed the contract, then there is no way they could win unless the movie makers didn't follow the exact rules layed out in the paperwork

in some cases yea, some no. the kids on the bus, they new they were being filmed, but were drunk, other people, yes.
