Did Palpatine like padme as a friend or a daughter because in all 3 episodes of star Wars and Clone Wars he's nothing but nice to her. Does he look to her as a daugther or does he hate her? How did he really feel towards Padme and if she had of lived past Episode 3 would Palpatine kill her or let her live?

Palpatine was playing everyone like pawns on a chessboard. In Episode 1, he was sucking up to Padme while she was queen in order to gain political favors as a senator, but he was willing to kill her to further his ambitions as Darth Sidious. Once Anakin came into the picture, he saw how powerful he was, and immediately started planning Anakin's fall to the Dark Side. Since Palpatine befriended Anakin, Anakin admitted to him how he felt about Padme and even told him about his forbidden marriage.
Now that Palpatine was aware of Anakins feelings towards Padme, he began to use this relationship to coerce Anakin into taking his side and doing his bidding. Palpatine's entire con was to tell Anakin that he could be taught how to save the woman he loved if he turned to the Dark Side.
To answer the question of whether he would have allowed Padme to live once Anakin had turned, I would say no. He would have killed her and blamed it on someone else...maybe even say the Jedi killed her...in order to keep Vader on a leash. He wouldn't risk Padme trying to convert Anakin back to the Light Side after working so hard to create Darth Vader.

As the old saying goes...Keep your friends close but your enemies closer. He had to be nice to her to manipulate her to vote his way. She saw through this because she was a compassionate leader. He was only pretending to be nice, that's why he lied to Anakin/Vader and said that he (Anakin) killed her. He's a bad apple.

She is his tool. He is a sociopath. He is unable to attach himself to others. Like when he just lets Anakin slice off Doku's head. Even Anakin/Darth is disposable at the end of RoTJ
