gift cards... some places give Visa gift cards that people can use anywhere that accepts Visa. its easy and trust me people will love it

Gloves, sock caps, those kind of things. And give all the guys the same present and likewise to the girls. It prevents animosity amongst the employees. It's not necessarily the gift but rather the thought that still counts... even today.
30 employees adds up quick in the personal $$$ department. Unless you're the owner or a principal officer of the company don't go too overboard.

Get a box of Christmas cards.... one of those with all the same kind of card. Inside with them well for the seaon and include a gift card for someplace special or a holiday bonus. If a bonus or gift card will not fit in the budget then tape the card to a big 1 lb. hershey bar.

i'd get him a impressive watch or a present certificate for his tatto save for his next tattoo. or a device field or a present card for sears if he's in favor of equipment!!! they are commonly severe priced and youll be helping him out lots! guitar hero 3 if he doesnt have already got it will be sweet. appears like hes the kind of guy to dig it! season field instruments of miami ink if he watches that.

Gift cards or AMEX gift cheques, everyone loves that stuff!
If you want to be more personal, give them some kind of basket from www.popcornfactory.com or harryanddavid.com
But I would prefer the gift card!
