shoot some hoops, have video game contests, That's great you are asking for some things to do instead of going out in the streets and getting into trouble. Just have fun life is to short, you don't have to have money to do stuff. just have fun.

Go to a free sporting event (highschool) some of those are free. You could also contact a food pantry and ask to volunteer.
You could play football or soccer, or basket ball.

well u could go to the park and play football meet up with some girls and have a picnic walk around the park watching the stars something like that idk
