I want to get a plan with cingular but i they want me to make a deposit is there neway i can get 1 w/o prepaid

Can i jus buy a sim card?

EVEN WITH YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT they can require a deposit. The potential for very large bills due to usage or overage is the reason for a deposit as Cingular doesn't have spending caps.

Your credit is not good enough for them to let you just get a plan w.out making a deposit. Try getting a plan with T-mobile, they are sometimes looser when it comes to this. If worst comes to worst, just get pre-paid.
