It seems like it should be easier to not toast one for me, but they refuse repeatedly and will not tell me why.

I know KFC actually make the sandwiches/meal up to order so there should be no excuse.

Next time you get refused, ask why, and if they don't give you a satisfactory answer ask to speak to the manager. If the manager doesn't give you a proper answer ask them who you need to complain to...get the address for their Head Office and send them a short, but polite letter asking for the reasons.

i cant stand the toasted twister so i ask for it to not be toasted and up to now apart from 1 theyve no toasted em but the 1 they toasted i took it back and they did me a non toasted 1 .

I work at Mc Donald's and if someone wants something fixed a certain way we try to accomodate it if we can. We have some people that want a big mack but don't want the middle bun. Maybe ay KFC (MC Donald's doesn't do this) they have the food already made up and they don't want to bother with special orders.
