Is it worth it in the end, as struggling to do all the work. what other jobs will it open for me.

Yes it certainly is worth doing.....because from there you could do an A1 Assessor Course and earn some more money.

if you are struggling go on the NVQ forum on the internet,
there is wandptraining which is really good and will give you some answers if your struggling and then there is nvqweb

I go on there a lot and help to give people answers...and its free to register. good luck. janiceenidw.

Achieving a level 3 S/NVQ will allow you to apply for more senior posts with more responsibility and money. It will also let you branch off into oyher caring fields and can be used as a foundation to aspire to higher qualifications (Degree, etc).

In my opinion, not many, and certainly non with guaranteed futures and pay rises etc. Think about how you will support yourself on the type of jobs which will be open to you - if you can see a route (or several if you are lucky) then persevere. If not, well then it is a personal matter for you and you alone.
