Are you dropping your pants in the asile of the grocery store to pleasure yourself? If not, then you probaly don't need to worry about anything. Just back off slowly, cut it down to only 10 or 12 times a day like I do, then after a few weeks drop down to about 8 or so. Then you will be perfectly normal.

I would say....If you are between 12 and 18, it's probably required. Unless you have a girlfriend that likes to have sex ten times a day, you will probably always feel like you are going to explode.
If you are over that age, you probably need to spend the time and energy you are wasting on porn and magazines, and try to meet someone.
Either way.......Stopping masturbation shouldn't be your goal....Making it less of an obsession should be your goal.
