NONE !!!!!!!!! Working for someone else the rest of your life, making minimum wage. Teenagers that drop out of school regret it in their 20's and 30's. I know it sounds like a long time. It's NOT! If you don't like school talk to your counselor a trusted teacher figure out why and try to change it.

Are you serious? If you're looking for an excuse to give your parents, I doubt you'll get one here. There are NONE, unless you really want to work a menial job the rest of your life and have no self respect or respect from others. If you want to constantly worry about how you will make ends meet and have no hope for a better life ... and you love the smell of grease and sweat, then go for it!!!

it really depends on the teenager...
i have considered dropping school, but i have always gotten As on my report card all throught out highschool. I thought, if i dropped out, and got a job, i would really be starting a good life. I don't mean like a job at a cash register...some desk job. My sister is only 17 but she took a pharmarcy tech course at the community college, if she wanted too, she can quit school and stick to the pharmacy

Well, thats a funny question. Basically, if you drop out, you are not going to suceed inlife, unless you win the lotto. But if your kid drops out, just make him work, do the hard labor, McDonald's and such, but even then they won't higher no one thats in school thats between 15-18 years old :(. Bassically there's no point.

hmm, well lets see...you'll keep up on all the daytime soaps, have no social life...more time to devote to your tv. Hmm, well you're not going to get in a super high paying job....you could work at a fast food place as a full time burger flipper - and get the cool food discount or even free food....

Oh and the lack of respect from other adults once you become one...

sounds fun huh?

there is no real advantage to our nation a a whole, but to the big corporations and the goverment these are their cheap labor and soldiers, the lower class, the expendable citizens that become exploited by the elite

Well, you get to sit at home, watch TV, do nothing with your life, maybe get a minimum wage job and make very little money, struggle for the rest of your life while barely making ends meet, you get to be perceived as uneducated, and you will not qualify for many jobs. Any more questions?
