I have a 2004 honda civic ex. I've been looking to lower it for a while now but just haven't gotten around to it. I need to find some relatively cheap lowering springs but I dunno where to look. I've tried honda forums and some aftermarket part sites like vividracing.com and overboost.com but no luck. I'm looking to lower it maybe 1.5 inches - 2 inches. If anyone knows of any good sites to check out let me know. Thanks!

Have your tried junkyarddog.com that is where my husband looks for all the parts for our car and van. They have a form you fill out then they send it to junk yards all over the US and those places email you and compete for your business. They might be worth a shot....

Once got a rear axle for $50 including shipping and a 90 day warranty.

Depending where you live I would take it to a tuner shop and buy it from them and have them install it unless you know how but teins are the best and I think their around 150-250 for it but thats about how much your looking at from any vendor. You can try ebay or craigslist used is ok too.

Sorry Charlie, The camber kits are really the only way to adjust the angle that is causing the inside wear. Camber kits may cost a bit, but going through tires will cost more I bet.
