I bought this stick and throttle/rudder a few months ago and I think its the best controller I ever owned for flight Sims.

What was already mentioned. The Saitek X52 is the best Joystick on the market, in my opinion.
I do have one also. Awesome. Takes some getting used too, as there is a Joystick and a separate throttle control.
