Put in 4 controllers or as many as you can. Start a 4 player game with your best people. The game should be limitless. Keep the game on all day. When you turn it back on Exit or finish the game and you will have to fight Mewtwo. If you win he would be unlocked and if you lose you'd have to do it all over again.
