is it safe to get the minerva birth control the day you give birth? if no how long should you wait?

They say that you need to start contraception no later than 3 weeks after birth but doing it before will do you no harm

Acutally, you can start taking birth control the day the baby is born. The type depends on if you are breastfeeding or not. Certain types of birth contral can not be taken if you are breastfeeding. Other that that is is perfectly normal. It is best to take your doctor about what is right for you.

No, it's not a good idea and honestly sex probably won't be high on your list of priorities once you give birth. You'd have to ask your doctor exactly how long but I think its 3 months.

Need to wait about 6 weeks , your check up after giving Birth is usually when you decied on such.

Generally they will not put it in until after you 6 week check up. To make sure the uterus and other parts are healed correctly.

My sister got BC right after she gave birth so it's not dangerous.
