I guess it means that you can't have any fun by following the rules all the time (which is something I disagree with).

I look at it - Rules are made to be broken so don't be afraid to break them. Take a chance and live your life out to the fullest becuase if u don't then u'll put ur life to waste. You want to make memories that would last a life time and having fun plays a majoy factor. Be loos, fun, and outgoing. Life an exciting life. A life filled with unpredictables events, a life with joy.

This quote means that if you follow all the rules, never do what you want, and never have a little adventure, that you will look back on your life and wish you had. If you never break any rules, then you won't have any good stories to tell at parties!

let down your hair and have some fun !!! Yes, some rules are implemented to guide and to protect. These, you can take heed. Others that restrcit creativity and are too petty, throw them out of the window...
Generally, as long as you do not cause any disturbance, compromise moral values or invade anyone's airspace, just chill out !!!

You have to live life on the edge sometimes. If you always do what you're supposed to there's no excitment in life.
