Multiply (2x+1)/(3x-4) by 7/7 to give 7(2x+1)/7(3x-4)
Multiply 5/7 by (3x-4)/(3x-4) to give 5(3x-4)/7(3x-4)

Now they have a common denominator you can just add the fractions

(7(2x+1) + 5(3x-4))/7(3x-4)

(14x + 7 + 15x -20)/7(3x-4)

(29x - 13)/7(3x-4)
