You're not pregnant, and you didn't miss your period. That one day of scant brown discharge WAS your period, but it may have been reduced do to all the medications you were on.

First of all don't stress. It is probably the medication that you are taking. It can change your body for awhile. I would wean yourself off of the pain meds and see what happens. IF that does not work, make an appointment with an OBGYN. I know it is scary to think that you are pregnant, and just to remind you, you should still use another form of birth control even if you are taking the pill because it is not 100% that you will not become pregnant. That is how I got pregnant with my first child and he is 14 years old now. Also if you have been taking the same birthcontrol pill for a long time you might ask your doctor if it needs to be changed or the strength needs to be adjusted.
Good Luck to you
Michelle.

The doctor didn't ask you if you were taking birth control? Antibiotics decreases the effectiveness of birth control pills. Also those pregnancy tests are not 100% postitive either. Mine wasn't.
Best to go to your gyn doctor and let him/her examine your cervix, that will let you know one way or the other. He put you on 2 pain meds and 1 antibiotic, why so many pain meds. Hope you aren't taking them now. You don't want to be pregnant and taking those meds too. They could very well harm your unborn child.
Please go see your doctor.
Good luck.

For some women taking those pain killers along with birth control will mess up your cycle. You have taken enough pregnancy test. I don't think you are pregnant. I am sure everything will return to normal next month. Just don't stress.

Shelly's right hun. I've been there before too. I once missed my period entirely from stress after being in a car accident. It's normal. Wait a week, take another test. Otherwise go to your OB/GYN. But it happens and don't worry...

Maybe the pill has affected your bladder or you need to take the pill at different times. Don't worry about it though because you'll just get stressed which WILL NOt help in the slightest!

I would suggest seeing a doctor. Obviously you have one because you are on birth control. Your best answer will come there, not this site.
