My LMP was on the 1st of this month and lasted until the 6th. I ovulated on the 15th of last week. I know its to early to test to see if im pregnant since my next scheduled period is due on the 28th. Well I have a doctors appointment on the 27th to get the blood work done but Im looking for opinions. Today is the first day I have noticed (since my ovulation cramps) lower abdomen pain. I have been having frequent trips to the restroom, not only to take care of number 1 but also number 2. I feel tingly sensations in my breast but they dont hurt when I touch them. I feel nauses all the time. My pains do remind me of pre-period pains but my cycle doesnt start for another week. Do you think Im pregnant? We really want a baby.

I hope you are! Sounds like you hav a good chance of being prego! I would take an at home test - I used First Response and it told me I was pregnant 5 days after I ovulated!!!

First, you should never trust Mittleschmitz (abdominal pain) for ovulation prediction. Use a kit or track your temps and cervical fluid. To learn more about tracking your cycle there is a great book called "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" which I recommend to my patients.

Second, It is mathematically way too early for you to have ligitamate pregnancy symptoms because it takes 6-12 days for the embryo to implant after fertilization and a couple of days after that to start producing hcg in any recognizable amount. The level of hcg in your system needs to be about 100-500 before you will even notice any first signs (menstrual type cramps, sore breasts, constipation, irritablity etc). This translates into 4 weeks or about the time of your missed period. The nausea and frequent urination don't start until you are about 6 or 7 weeks. The morning sickness and frequent urination is a result of the hcg and progesterone flooding your body-so with you this is not the case just 6 days after ovualation, when chances are your baby hasn't even made contact with the uterus.

Third, sometimes a mother just has instincts but don't let this get the best of you and then be let down by a negative pregnancy test.

Best of luck in your attempts to conceive.

I think you're overly anxious about having a baby and stressing might be causing all your symptoms. Wait until you've missed a period and then try a urine test.
