I'd take another test in a few days. If to period by Monday I'd call my docotor. It's possible you're pregnant, but it's also possible that you're a little dehydrated (if you drank a lot on your honeymoon) or that the "fun" stressed your body a little bit. You can feel fine, but your body is at odds with itself. Good luck!

Consider blood work.

You're only three days late, which isnt that late. You can skip and change your cycle for no reason. Not just stress. And stress doesnt mean emotional stress. Stress on your body from being very sexually active, being in a new place, flying, sight seeing, walking, snorkling.... all these things happen on honeymoons and can be enough to change you cycle.

Also, a womans cycle changes a little bit every 7 years.

Besides that, being a little late, and thinking your pregnant is more than enough to make your body act like it is.

Try the blood work, or wait a week and test again.

It may sound crazy but being away and not on your regular routine can offset your period. Your body is used to doing the same thing day in and day out, going away for even a few days messes up your internal clock. I've been up to 12 days late before and still ok. My first signal that I was pregnant was VERY sore breasts.

Yes, you could be pregnant or maybe you just have a wacky period this month - it happens. Wait another week and if still no period, try another urine test.

best thing to do is go to the doctor... but lots of things can throw off your cycle like vaca, change in diet, stress (maybe not now but the week before your wedding), and may other things can change your cycle.
