He probably has pneumonia.You need to take him to a vet or he will probably die.He needs injections of Baytril,an antibiotic used for reptiles.Also make sure he's warm enough,and has proper humidity.

Without a doubt go to the vet.
This being said there is not a reptile vet in my area and this also happened to my ball python a few years ago. I belive this was due to the temp of the tank being too cold. I added an extra heat lamp and it went away in a couple of days. This is not a recommendation, just a statement.

try bring up the heat in his en-closer 90-98 on the hot side and 80-85 on the cool side and too add more humidity by put a under the tank heat pad under a glass flat bowl of water .. if u don't see any improvements in a few day go seek a vet we had a balled that did the same yrs back it cleared up once we did that a few days later he was better.. good luck

He needs Baytril. Also I found using a Vicks vaporizer in the room with the snake clears out his mucus and results in a speedy recovery. May sound odd, but works great.
