I wouldn't use them as some pills can be bad for your digestive system and other systems to. If you want to lose weight eat healthily and exercise.

Hi,
Not all diet pills work, but some do...I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.

u probably shouldnt take them...i knew a nurse that died from taking diet pills...also i know 2 different women who took some and it really damaged their pancreas causing them to gain 3x's more weight then they started with..i'm sure some are o.k. but why take the chance....try the grapefruit diet..i know this works pretty fast...drink about 12ozs after each meal and plenty of water to balance out the acid in the grapefruit juice...the grapefruit juice is a natural fat burner...it basically eats up the fat in the foods u just ate before your body stores most of it...with this diet u basically east whatever u want (but dont overdo it) and u dont have to kill yourself in the gym!!! p.s. it must be white grapefruit juice!!!

No. They only make you feel like your on speed, which is of course not good for the body Or the mind.

Simply stay away from fast food places, and junk foods. And say No to sodas, chocolates and all candy.

And you'll see the weight coming off.

And especially during the Holidays,
be patient with yourself, and forgiving toward
yourself as well. Be kind to yourself, and always accept yourself.

Absolutely and when you quit taking them IF you have not added a food plan and exercise to your life forEVER you gain back what you lost plus about 15% and it gets worse every time you diet again...
