wehy is your work not payment for their job offering they must think we are not to smart what a refreshing change to find a real company just needing your work if we had the money to send you people we would not be on here in the first place

Because it is a scam from the start. There is no "job".

You send in the money and that is the last that you will here from them.

They are mostly scams. Just look at how many people are on Yahoo Answers looking for legitimate work-from-home opportunities. There's a huge need, many people are desperate, and therefore easy targets.

A lot of them will charge you $50, then mail you a list of companies that you can work for. You then need to get one of them to actually take you. And the list was probably copied from someone else to begin with.

Once, before the internet existed, I wrote to a place that offered 'work at home, make lots of money!'. They were a scam too - they didn't have any jobs, but they sold a book about how to find those kind of jobs

Any so-called "job" that wants you to pay them before you can start is a SCAM!!! Don't do it. A real job pays YOU, not the other way around.

The only money that will be made is the money sent in to these scammers. When everyone gets wise, and they do not get any money they will stop.

Some of them cheat you. Some of them want to weed out the ones who don't really want to work hard.
