Having trouble with my iPod nano (if you hadn't of guessed), the songs won't play, they are on the iPod but when I go to play a track they skip without playing and I don't know what to do...

Any help with this problem will be much appreciated (Y)!!

My guess is you are trying to play .wma files which the ipod will never do becuase it is windows biggest competitor. If you load all the tunes into itunes you can convert .wma to either .mp3 or .acc (think it is acc apples format). If not this then try updating the firmware on the nano. Failing this go to forums. If you can not convert via itunes, you should be able to, type (what ever file extension you have) to .mp3 convertor into google and find a convertor that way.

Go to the Apple website and look in the forums - very knowledgable people on there and have always managed to sort the problems I've had with my Nano. Good luck xx

the problem might be with the source file where u imported the track into itunes. Check ur library n see if a (!) appears next to the trax that arnt playin in the ipod. If so, then u have to import them again into ur library and detete the one that isnt workin then upload again into ur ipod. If this aint the problem, then contact customer support.

so to apple.com and click in the support menu and click on the discussions tab. if you cant find the problem send it to apple

you need to format/restore it and start again x

or update the software
