Well I am going to my first Thanksgiving on Thursday,as I am English. I have been invited by an American friend of mine and her housemates. I have only ever been to one Thanksgiving before a Canadian one. I believe they are quite similar but i don't know.
I am also a vegetarian so no turkey!
Still its the company that counts and yours sounds like it will be lots of fun.I never got to know my grand mum as she lived far away and most of my aunts and uncles died before I could meet them.
So enjoy your family because as you get older they will mean more and more to you.

Singing at the homeless shelter. Then I'll be singing at my nieces school so they can support a fundraiser for the children at the homeless shelter. After that, I'm meeting my boyfriend at the mall and heading out to my mom's house for turkey and my family. Next, I'm going to bring my 12 year old twin nieces and there dad to the airport to go back home. Finally, my boyfriend will be dropped of at his family's house and I'll sleepover my 5 year old nephews house. I'm gona get wiped out!

I'm going over my grandma's house. We're staying there all Thanksgiving week. I get to see the dogs, so it will be somewhat fun! I just want to get away from school. I'm SICK and TIRED of it! So yeah, I'm packig right now. Well I guess I should get off the laptop since I'm bringing that too!

that holiday is a lie and i try not to celebrate the beginning of the massacre of native americans.

my family really does not take that holiday seriously, the only thing we are thankful for is for the day off. She will probably fry some turkey legs or something. As for me, i am just waiting anxiously for the after thankgiving sales!!!!!!!!

We are staying home to relax - just the family. Haven't even decided what we are cooking yet! With a small family, there's no point in cooking a huge meal. We don't need to eat 'til we're sick!
