there are n triangles in the reg polygon

one angle of the triangle=(135/2)deg
there are two such angles =2*(135/2)deg
=135 deg
there are 180 deg in a triangle
therefore, angle of vertex at centre
=180-135 =45 deg
but one revolution=360 deg
45n =360
>>>>>>> n=8

therefore,we have an octagon

i hope that this helps

total degrees of the internal angles of a polygon
T=180(n-2) Where n is the number of sides

For this polygon the total number of degrees is
135n
so
135n=180(n-2)=180n-360 add 360 to each side
135n+360=180n subtract 135n
360=45n divide by 45
n=8

it is a regular octagon.
