First tell an adult. If you are too scared to tell an adult Tell the local police and they will start an investigation, to catch him, so that he does not pray on any other young people. If you really want him to be stopped you SHOULD call the police right away.

THEIR IS A VERY FINE LINE THE KID IS ONLY 19 IN TWO YEARS HE'LL BE 21 AND THE GIRL 18 IS THAT A BAD AGE TO BE TOGETHER. ANY WAY IF YOU WANTED TO BE A COP YOU SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE TEST. 19 AND 16 DOES NOT CONSTITUTE CHILD MOLESTATION. HE'S ONLY 19 HE IS STILL A KID HIMSELF. DID THIS GUY SCORN YOU ? WHY ARE YOU BENT ON RUINING HIM ? MAKES ME WONDER WHERE YOUR HEAD IS AT. LAST I REMEMBER THE LEGAL AGE OF SEXUAL CONSENT IN MOST STATES IS 16. YOU MAY HAVE DONE THIS WHOLE THING FOR NOTHING. THE JOKE IS ON YOU.

For the main area, in case you and your companion are in a community it extremely is out of how and might't been seen and the two considered one of you're of criminal and consenting age maximum officers won't do plenty different than make touch, verify for warrants and inform you to circulate alongside. If officers get a grievance from somebody who ought to it appears that evidently see you and it extremely is surprisingly plenty accessible for each individual to be certain then you definately could get noted for L&L in public.

You should have called the people from Dateline's To Catch a Predator. You can forward the emails to the police and get them involved. They will tell you it is not a good idea for you to be investigating this on your own. You never know what could happen when you meet him.

It may not be illegal for a 19 year old to have sex with a 16 year old in your state. In fact, it is legal in most states in the union. If you give the state you're in I could give more information.

That's not child molestation...and why are you pretending to be 16?

If you said you were 10..and he continued...then there would be a problem.

As of right now....you are a active participant.

Edit: Is this the guy that gave you genital warts....are you trying to get back at him?

First of all, the right to consent is 16 in most states....so he won't get into trouble anyway, but check you local laws.....and I would not even try this and would have called the police first...and tell them you suspect him of wanting younger girls than that....then they might try something of thier own....

save all chat logs, and you might want to pretend to be 15..the statutory rape laws differ by state and in some states, 16 is the legal age of consent..
Make sure the police get all chat logs printed out before the initial set up date and time...
