I guess it just feels like our government is at war with Islamic extremists and the lay people of both countries dont have a choice in the matter. Do muslims know we arent all behind the Prez?

when will the moderate muslims stand up and denounce the extreamists that are hijacking their religion?
the catholics did it when indulgences and relics were being over used for profit.. its not a novel concept.;.

Please, you know 60 minutes over a year or two ago went to Saudi Arabia and asked many questions to educated Saudis about current events. One of the questions was a simple do you know that it was the US who went into Serbia to protect the muslims there from genocide. Against the wishes of the UN?
The 100% answer was they were told that the US went in there to kill muslims. The state controlled media saw fit to tell all Saudis that the US hates all muslims.
Why? I can't answer that but to answer you question of do you think they know? Please they are told every truth that is to their advantage and of course every good thing is lied about or not reported.

Yes they know.........why do you think the media is always there at a car bombing or missile attack ? Or do you believe in coincidence or just blind luck or the media is physic?
Many in Arab countries( I have spoken to in chat rooms for years) can't understand our freedoms either - - they could be in prisoned for years or killed just by publicly speaking out against their leaders.
Makes you wonder why Arab counties are fighting democracy so hard when they love their people sooooo much.

Yes but they believe an eye for an eye, millions of innocent women and children being killed over in their country so why shouldnt the usa get a taste.

Yes. They certainly do. That is why Muslims like Iran's Ahmedinejad are paying US tourists to visit and tour their country. They certainly know that only Bush and his loyalists and such people are their enemies and not the entire country of USA.
