Las Vegas will be okay for you. It's the ideal place for someone 21+ years of age because the main purpose of it is for gambling, marriage, partying - all of which you are not of legal age for. Just make sure that if you go to Las Vegas try to catch a show, either a free show(such as the pirate boat show) or the paid-for show (those can get pricey though!). The free shows that are viewed outside the hotel usually get crowded, so you should get there early and they show at night! I recommend for you to visit New York, New York hotel, Excalibur, Caesar's Palace, and Mirage (Volcano show!). There's also the Hoover Dam, if your father/mother/guardian would be willing to drive there. There are also many ghost towns you can try to find - such as Calico (personally, one of my favorites!). Have fun!
