How do I start a non profit dealing with addiction?

I speak at high schools, rehabs, churches and drug alliances. I rarley cover my expenses. But love the work.

I suggest you find a non-profit that already does that and join forces with them. If there isn't a local organization, look nationally.

The United Way or maybe a local Community Action Center would be a good place to start. Nearby colleges and universities often work with lots of non-profits as well, so they could point you in the right direction.
