Masturbating is not bad for you at all! It relieves stress, and is very pleasureful as you probably already know ;)

Its perfectly normal. There's nothing with with pleasure!

But downside is that you can get addicted (when masturbating gets in the way of ur life like homework, family time, friend time, blah blah blah! you get me??)

So mostly everyone does it. Don't feel ashamed in anyway. You might want to check out www.jackinworld.com for some masturbation tips! LOL!

Have fun. That's what its all about! If your worried about ejaculating (the white stuff that comes out), then thats nothing to be worried about. Its not bad for your health because your body makes it on the daily basis. It has to get out somehow (through wet dreams, MASTURBATION, or other natural ways), and as soon as you ejaculate, your body begins making more 'sperm', so theres nothing bad!!!!

Just alittle background info for you.

The answer to your question depends on number of issues, no least of which is your age. if you're a normal healthy teenager, then spanking your monkey on a fairly regular basis is normal. But if you're a grown man with a wife and family, and you're wife is a willing partner, then I'd say you've got a problem if you hammer the pud more than occasionally. The term "normal" is hard to define, but I think it can be safely said that trends and patterns through the years, backed up with scientific studies, show what the majority of people do and don't do and, religious morays aside, masturbation is a normal part of being human.

:)Is Masturbation Harmful?

In general, the medical community considers masturbation to be a natural and harmless expression of sexuality for both men and women. It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body, and can be performed in moderation throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behavior. Some cultures and religions oppose the use of masturbation or even label it as sinful. This can lead to guilt or shame about the behavior.

Some experts suggest that masturbation can actually improve sexual health and relationships. By exploring your own body through masturbation, you can determine what is erotically pleasing to you and can share this with your partner. Some partners use mutual masturbation to discover techniques for a more satisfying sexual relationship and to add to their mutual intimacy.

Yes IT IS! Many doctors and people out there are taught by these "medical schools" or "medical experts" that masturbation has no harmful effects. But that's NOT ENTIRELY TRUE. Masturbation, especially if it is done too frequently, can hurt your prostate, weaken your kidney, and the to put it in the Chinese way, reduce your "qi" i.e. your central energy. Your semen contains so much precious nutrients and it's like the essence of your body. Think about it, when you masturbate you are just letting it out and throwing it away! Unless you properly re-charge yourself with food/nutrients and other fitness exercises after masturbation, masturbation can indeed weaken your body!
