Happy Thanksgiving!

That which is unseen is the most powerful because the spiritual realm is more powerful than the physical realm. When we think on good things, recognizing the wonder and mystery of the world, we begin to connect with the spiritual... and that is healthy for us.

When we thank God for the good things in our lives, our own spirit rejoices and that is good medicine. As the book says, "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine." So it is healthy to consider what we are thankful for and give thanks.

I'm thankful for each first morning breath, my daughter snoring on the couch to my right, and my dog's wagging tail when she sees me. There is so much more to Thanksgiving than a big meal and football. Those who know this are much the better for it.

God Bless,

Sue

The answer to the first part is no. There is thus no need to answer the second part.

you are humble when you are thankful
you are loving when you are thankful
you are kind when you are thankful
you are friendly when you are thankful
you are happy when you are thankful

isn't that enough of a reason to be thankful?
