USC got OJ.......OJ Mayo.

mayo is a high school basketball phenomenon and is touted to be talented enough to go pro right out of high school. but due to new rules adopted by the NBA, mayo is unable to go pro before one year out of high school.

he signed a letter of intent to play at USC last week.

hey, that's two OJs now...

OJ is a man who was thoroughly investigated, was tried in a court of law that was presided over by a fair judge and had the evidence evaluated by a jury who found him innocent of murder. He has always maintained his innocence of this deed and he wrote a theoretical book (which does not contain a confession). Money was probably the motivation in writing the book as there is a civil suit debt and a need to provide an inheritance for his children etc. The trial attorney's Cochran, Marcia and Darden wrote their own books and received millions.
A few things that the jury may have considered:
-The investigator who found the glove later committed PERJURY regarding his racist comments.
- Another investigator took a vial sample of OJ's blood from the lab and carried it INTO the crime scene.
- The glove DID NOT fit OJ's hand.
- There never was the amount of blood on OJ's body, clothes, house or car CONSISTENT with someone who had committed that crime in person..
- The murder weapon was NEVER connected to him or found.
- The jury was taken to visit OJ's house and DID NOT see a large blood trail.
- There were no witnesses to the actual crime.
- Likely the jury found him innocent because there was a LACK of real evidence to convict.
Some may disagree with the verdict but it's unfair for them to blatantly say with a certainty that this man is guilty.
At times a publisher controlls the general content and even the title of a book which an author must agree to if he needs the contract.

Get him what? A beer? OJ was found not to be guilty and only civilly liable under a lower standard of proof. Leave OJ alone and worry about important things--like "where are those weapons of mass destruction?"

once u r declared innocent it says by law that you can't be tried for the same crime again. so many people do feel that OJ Simpson was guilty but they can't do anything about it now. The court system has already made its decision and that decision will forever remain.

personally i no that he is guilty because he wrote a book about it which now will not be sold because of the whole controversy. but again u have to remember that this is the same court that declared Michael Jackson innocent on all charges....shows how much that court system knows.

Man i have to say someone needs to get him...Im with you...but as law states he cant be tried twice for the same offence (double Jeopardy)
he can be tried in civil court though and he was and was found guilty and he had to pay massive amounts of money to the man and womens families. So he cant be tried anymore under any circumstances...Good Question.

Who wants to go to jail for greasing him?

Plus, who wants to mess him? He might kill you for interfering with his tee time. He's a bad, bad man.

You know what though... bad mojo has a way of coming around. He'll get his. Maybe a golf course alligator will get him...

Why doesn't someone get the prosecution from the trial?! They're the ones who set him free.
