From the quick reading I did just now, I suspect that depending on the "toys" it would be lawful. It seems purity/cleanliness in particular is of import. There are resources that have various interpretations of this however.
Unless you are a devout follower of Islam, I would imagine that what happens between you and your loved one is really your business generally speaking.

There cant be any regulations as all religions apart from scientology were created in times before such things were manufactured..ok they may have had 'things', but would not have known them as Sex toys.

In ancient days when ancient religious books were written i dont think people used sex toys! They were too busy working! I really cant see what harm it can do to use them, so go ahead!
