I usually go to Burlington Coat Factory. They have good coats that are very similar to the name brand stuff and very affordable. Here is a link to their website, and another one where you can search for a store near you.

Check out TJ Maxx or Marshalls. They get shipments regularly and might have what you are looking for. Burlington Coat Factory has a good assortment of coats. Target has also might be a good place to look. Hollister and Abercrombie are made by the same company and very similar, check there.
