Because society is backwards. Nothing applies to anyone except whites. The only people that can be "crazed racist murders" are whites.
And isn't it funny how the family of the murder is always crying racism? Yet where are the cries for justice for the victim?

I think the whole HATE CRIME thing is a joke. We are all attacked for some reason, whether because we are gay, Chinese, rich, a woman, short, ugly, or look like we don't fit in...crime is crime and most crimes are hateful.
BTW why don't they call killing a spouse a hate crime?????

Every time a person or a group beats up another person is a hate crime. It doesn't matter if you're black, white, gay, Asian, Latin, it doesn't matter if you're green or an alien or a punk or a freak or an emo or an antisocial, whenever there is a reason to beat up another HUMAN BEING, that reason is hate. So it doesn't matter why they incur into violence, what's important is to prevent that kind of behavior and orient society to tolerance and acceptance of everyone.

guy i think the comparable way you do. opposite discrimination is what's called and there is not any real rationalization as to why the politically astonishing pricks available supply some human beings particular rights over others i'm for equivalent rights no longer particular treatment. man hate is running rampid in this world. it doesn't matter whether its whites on blacks or vice versa, violent crimes in itself denotes some kind of hate. one emotion all violent crimes have in common is sadness.
