97Chrysler Cirrus v6,135000km, some times when the engine is warm, the car is stopping(for example: when waiting the red light), the RPM is getting low, the engine light is flashing, oil level is good,what's problems?

Find a freind who has at least a basic code reader. Have him take the car for a ride... Get the code because many things can cause that problem...

oil safty switch is defect get it changed and all will be well..
