The first dream was about the guy I like. We were standing out by where the busses come to pick us up after school, and I leaned up and kissed him. Then I was all embarassed, so I tried to run away, but he caught up with me and put his hand on my shoulder. I turned around and started babbling like an idiot, saying how sorry I was and stuff, and he just said "Bre, it's ok. You don't have to be embarassed." and he leaned in and kissed me.

The second dream was about my friend Rob. Ok, well I've never met him in person, but he's my best friend's ex boyfriend and we talk over email (no he was not her internet boyfriend). Ok, so he's 19 and I'm 15. In the dream, my friend and I went over to his house so I could meet him before he moved to california. The three of us were watching tv in his living room, and my friend went to go to the bathroom. So Rob randomly turned to me and said "so you've never been kissed?" and i said no, so he kissed me. Then we started making out.

What do they mean??

Dreams like these are just a way of practising for real life. It also is triggered by "raging hormones" - at 15 it's just like the text books say. Relax and enjoy these kind of dreams. They don't mean that you'll do anything innappropriate in reality and can be kind of fun. It's also really normal and, even if people don't talk about it, everyone has them at one time or another.

Just a note, dream analysis is generally not useful unless done by the person dreaming. If the dreams didn't bring up any deep emotions, then it's unlikely that doing dream work with them would be particularly useful. They are most likely, as others have indicated, fantasies about relationships, which is entirely normal.

Also, there's nothing wrong with having either hormones or dreams, and it certainly doesn't seem like you have an excess of either. These are some of the most socially acceptable dreams I've heard. Freud would be very sad to hear such normal dreams. :-)

1. The guy you like seems to be a very steady, self assured, calming influence for a H.S. boy.

2. Rob is a creep. I would actually call that one a nightmare.

From what I can gather, it seems like you have a crush on them both. I'd guess (if wrong I'm sorry) that you'd never been kissed before.

That's all I can think of
