people who do not feel good about themselves almost always feel better by making others look stupid. i would stop socializing with her, and next time she says something i would bust her out in front of everyone. "do you feel better now that you have criticized me. you must really dislike yourself, and i could understand why because if i treated people like you do i wouldn't like myself either." as long as peers allow her to get away with talking like this she will keep on, and it will get worst. plus look at what it is doing to you.

First of all I HAD an Uncle that would tease me and make fun of me all the time. I simply thought out what I would do if he did it again. I came to the conclusion that I would tell him to stop trying to make me the 'butt' of the jokes and then I would avoid them all together until it stopped. It worked very well. If they don't stop teasing you and doing it, I would consult w/ their parents and if they don't care. Take it into your hands to tell that person exactly how you feel, no harm in sticking up for yourself. You need to for your peace of mind. Tell that cousin that they shouldn't make a fool of themselves using another member of their extended family feel the way you do. They shouldn't pick on anyone just to make themselves look better or whatever. They need to channel their energy somewhere else, no thru you!

avoid as much as possible. don't lower yourself to be like her, just stay at a distance. and when she tries to make a fool of you such as by a statement don't get mad, don't try and top her just shake your head and walk away.

Don't hang out with her. Or....perhaps stoop to her level and share some intimate secret about her with her friends. That should shut her up.
