Get a calendar, and ask all co-workers to write their birthday in it. Then type up a master list to be handed out to everyone, and hand the calendar in a break room. You could also just invite them over to your house to celebrate. BTW, Happy Birthday! :)

Write a secret note and don't put your name on it. Then just slip it somewhere on their desk or something. But why would you even want to keep this anonymous?

Make a type written note with the words.. a celebration for (fill in your name) day of birth is (fill in date) and post it on the bulletin board. Just don't sign it ;-)

Right in front of them kind of say to yourself, wow i can't believe that on (what ever day your birthday is) im going to actually be (how ever old your turning).

send yourself some flowers at work the day before. then you can explain they are for your birthday when people ask.
