Neither, but if forced to choose then I'd rather be the class clown, I wouldn't want someone to think I was stupid.

I've always felt that clowns are actually trying to cover up sadness, whereas IDIOTS on the other hand, don't know the meaning of the word! (along with most other words) hehehe!
