How will you calculate LOQ and LOD using excel,in method validation.?

In method validation,limit of quatitation and limit of detection can be evaluated using excel. From linearity study we can calculate the LOQ and LOD. By performing LOQ and LOD, the data obtained can be evaluated using excel. I would like to know how this excel sheet for LOQ and LOD determinations can be designed,so that, I can get the result by feeding the data.
