If I call the landlord he won't do or say anything to them. The people upstairs play music too loud, TOOOO loud. You can hear the music from across the street. Should I call the cops?

Although, cops barely do anything... they'd have to at least show up sooner or later.

Do the civil thing and talk to them first. If push comes to shove, THEN call the police. I hate noise pollution too.

I would try to talk to them first, making it clear that while you want to be a good neighbor the noise has got to be toned down. Then if there is no result, call the cops.

first you go up there and ask them can they please turn the music down because you can barley hear your t.v, if that don't work call your landlord and tell him to talk to them because you don't understand why they can't turn it down alittle, and if that don't work then you call the police and explain to them that you talked to them and then the landlord and they are still doing their own thing and if the police don't do anything just move to u a better apt cause if you pay rent and the landlord can't do anything bout it then you don't need to be there anyway cause he just bout the money and let anybody move and
