With all that's available..what is the fastest (and safest way) to lose weight? I get plenty of exercise..I just need a boost. I've got a reunion coming up and need to look my best!

So many people ask this question.
Diet and exercise. Weight Watchers works and everything else is a scam.
Instead of a snack have a glass of V8. It's healthy and will help to fill you up (it also satisfies my salt cravings).
Control your food portions and practice self control. There is no miracle diet.
DO NOT starve yourself. When you do eat your body will store it ALL as fat because it's not getting as much as it should. You will gain more if you starve yourself and you will get very sick.

And don't listen to Ima Hottie. Grapefruit diets are unhealthy too because it's basically just water and natural glucose you're not getting anything nutritional. It does NOT speed your metabolism, it contributes to water weight. And again, DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF.

Most people would tell you diet and exercise more. Well I've got a way you can lose 40 pounds in 2 months. Want to know why! 1. Set Up Realistic Weight Loss Goals. Don't set a weird goal like 10 pound a day no. 2. Drink Plenty of Water. Drink about 6-8 glass of water per day. 3. Chew More Slowly when You Eat. If you eat 5 smaller a day you will accomplish your goal, but pleas don't eat three enormous meal. That would actual get you fatter. 4. Exercise at least 30 minuets per day. Pleas stay away from pills they could kill you, some pills could help but there is a few that do help. If you follow this correctly you will achieve your weight goal.

I was able to drop a quick 10lbs by cutting out carbs and sugars for about two weeks. And only drink one day out of the week, usually on Saturdays. Then slowly start introducing carbs back in. Also do a lot of cardio. Like step aerobics, kick boxing and jogging. I also would do Pilate's and Yoga usually on the weekends. I find that the South Beach diet is a good diet if you want to lose a quick 10lbs you will lose 10-13lbs in the first two weeks.

Dont stop eating or only eating once a day. It only messes up your metabolism, and when you start eating normal your body will go into shock and you will gain all the weight back really fast!

I'm sure you'll get many ideas on losing weight.

However, if you consider the many times you've needed to lose weight fast, you might consider not going on a diet, but changing your diet permanently. A long term diet with none or few bad carbs can eliminate all of the time you've wasted temporarily losing weight.

A long term, low carb diet involves little sacrifice. It sure beat going on a diet from time to time.

I'm not sure of the fastest way but you could diet by eating right, healthy. Include more cardo and extend your exercise time. It just takes commitment and dedication to get what you want. You`ll lose it no time. =]

the diet pills & excersise is not going to work unless you diet 98% of the time! Have you tried a nutritional smoothie? Smoothie factory has smoothies that offer many nutritional alternatives so that you dont get bored with salads....
Inorder to lose 5-10-pounds in 1-2days is: colon cleansers and a water pill....DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
make a diet plan that you agree with, stick to it and before you know it.....your 2-4 sizes smaller!
