I do consider my dog part of the family, but would never dress him up. I don't think anything would fit him anyway. He's 185 lbs of fun loving bull-mastiff!

I might be a wacko, but for other reasons, I don't think there's anything wrong with considering your pets as a part of the family. Dressing them up is a different story...

Well i never really dressed up Lestat (my cat) because i couldn't find clothes for a cat. (that was the only reason, other than that i would have) But i did take him everywhere i went, that i could. Not to the grocery store or anything, but the park pet smart and to pick the kids up from school, you know things like that. But sadly when we moved to CA the first night we where in our new house something, in S. California (i say something because i have no idea what it was) killed him. We found him (what was left anyways) in the back yard. I invited all my friends over and we had a real funeral for him. My friends all thought i was crazy but they came anyways, they are good friends and knew i was upset.
and yes took tons of pics, and he was on our family holiday cards. So yes i guess i am (or was rather) a wacko. RIP Lestat D'Lioncourt!!!!

yes my dog is a part of our family I'm not a wacko but I love to dress him up and he is always in our family photos and we even wrap him christmas presents, well maybe I am a bit of a wacko

I consider my pets a part of my family. But I dont dress them up. I am really against people who dress pets up. And personally I don't like my pets to be un-happy. But as far as taking pictures, I do take pictures of my pets around the house, for some reason my cat "noodles" is a very photo op kind of cat.

Yes, I consider my pets a part of my family. Actually, one of my old ex's told me he thought I treated my cats better than I did him, and that I loved them more than him. So, I threw him out and kept my cats. Turned out I was right to love them more because he turned out being an @sshole that loved to cheat and lie.
And no, I don't dress my animals up in wacko outfits.

I don't dress them up, I think thats cruel, but yes, I consider them to be part of the family. I mean, all a family is is people who maybe live with you or care about you or someone that you enjoy spending tme with. Pets, at least for me, are all of the above.

HAHAHA no I don't dress up my animals that is so mean, but I have friends that do and I think they are nuts. I do consider my pets a part of the family and that is exactly why I would never humiliate them by doing something like that!!!

WHAT! My dog is a DIVA! She doesn't even lay on the floor or lick herself. She wears a coat & boots in the winter.Can sit at the dinner table at dinner time & not go after any food (she has her own plate.)She has a birthday party every yr. She is a pitbull with 2 poodles as best friends.My diva also has her own bed with pillows. We dont go anywhere where she can't go.(family members or friends).And yes my diva does take a picture with Santa.

My dog is my baby since I don't have children, but I'm not a wacko! :( I only put a sweater on my dog in the winter time to take him outside because he's a Chihuahua with very short hair! He needs something to keep him warm!

Hey!!!! Watch who you are calling a wacko! Ok my little dog loves his clothes, he gets really mad when I take them off of him even to change him, he LOVES them! But I don't buy halloween costumes or anything like that, but I did buy him some reindeer antlers and a t-shirt that says santas lil helper :) he likes the shirt but not the antlers...I dont take him out to have his pictures taken though, i might take some with his antlers on this year myself though :)
