I play video games to escape from reality. If I'm stressed out over exams or work I usually turn to gaming.

Im a woman and i love playing video games. Maybe you can turn it into something you guys can do together. My boyfriend loves when i ask if i can play video games with him. We sometimes play for hours and its alot of fun, you should try it.

Simply coz it satisfies their aggressive nature to the core. And its done without hurtin anybody. And its an easy way to release all those suppressed negative emotions. (especially the ones towards your spouse or mother in law...lol)
