Dont really count, I would say about 10, if that I have curly hair so the more I brush the worse it looks.

It takes me forever to brush my hair because it's really long, super curly, and thick. I can brush all day long and after 2 mintues, I'll have tangles right back in it.

As many as it takes to get the knots out, I have wavy hair so it usually takes a while.

many...its curly so I blow it straight with the dryer and a brush so it takes quite a few strokes :)
