I love this show. I did not start watching it until 2 weeks ago. I saw Season 1 in a couple of days and just finished Season 2. Superb writing, excellent cast. My question to you is, what is your opinion on the character Meredith? (NOT the actress Ellen Pompeo, but the character she plays.) I love the show but she is not my favorite. She drives me a little bonkers. What redeeming qualities do you see in her? Or what do you not like about her? I want to know what the consensus is on this character. (I'm more of a "George" and "Yang" fan myself).

I am totally addicted to this show! Life stops (or at least pauses) at my house when it comes on. I like Meredith, but dont love her. I think she represents our inner self. She makes mistakes she is slightly arrogant at times and always wears her heart on her sleeve. I think that is why it is hard to love her, she reminds of ourselves - and not our greater qualities. Yes, Love George and Izzy, I dont personally connect with Yang nor her perfectionist boyfriend. Alex is annoying but sometimes that bad boy is good.......Bailey rocks- no second guessing that gal! Addison is growing on me (maybe because her and McDreamy are over) not big on McSteamy and really like Georges new/ex girlfriend, Callie. She is strong willed, very sexy and not a size 2. Don't miss an episode!!!!!

shes innocent inside, kind of naive, she's all in her head, not alot of emotion, which I think is cute.

It's my favorite show, I love my McDreamy, he is soooooooooo dreamy.
I really like Allison though, and I kind of wish her well, right now I think McDreamy and her should get back together, I think Dr. Shepard is feeling like a jack *** so the passion is just not there, for anyone, esp Meridith, I think George is so sexy also, and I look up to Yang, she is a work horse...........

I find her atractive on so many levels.
To begin with, she comes from money but she acts as though she has none.
She comes from surgical royalty but she acts as though that should mean nothing.
She sleeping with the doctor everyone in the hospital wants to sleep with and again nothing.
She is good looking, young and smart.
She has good friends.
She takes care of her family.
She takes care of her friends.
And my favorite, she gets sloppy drunk and has indescriminent sex with men then kicks them to the curb like it doesn't matter.
If she was only on FOX, I would swear she was House in drag. I so want them to crossover to each other's shows and go crazy with one another. That would be a show.

i admire the different dude extra effective yet i think of in the event that they do occasion lower back it is going to take the entire season and something will stand of their way. possibly McDreamy's spouse will take place pregnant or something like that.

i love greys anatomy, my opinion on meredith is that i know she has it tough with all that happened with dr, shepherd but she is always depressed, she always has a face that she is going to kill herself, is not that i dont like her but that is the only thing i don like..i dont know ig you underdstand me.
my favorite character is george ,he cracks me up, and yang to they are so funny always wanting to be first in evrything and messing things up
which is ur fav episode? mine is when that guy accidently shot himself with a bazuca and the nurse couldnt get the hand of his chest otherwise it was gonna explode....and dr. bailey was giving birth and his husband was in surgery......was a great episode drama and laughter; perfect combination

I don't think there is a woman alive who is as needy and self involved as Meredith. If there is, she should be shot.
That being said, I love George & Callie - they have so much potential.

I like her character because it is so close to how real women are these days. The things she says and the things she does...decisions she makes...all very real, I think.
