Deangelo Williams for sure because he will be taking a full load at running back with DeShuan Foster out

I wouldnt go with A train because Jacksonville killed Tiki last week

I would probably go Jones Drew agains Buf because The Buffalo Defence is still quite young

Addai might work but the Colts will pass more agains the weak eagles secondary so Addai wont see many carries
