"IDLE HANDS ARE THE DEVILS WORKSHOP" With that in mind, I do try to relieve boredom as quickly as possible. If you're like me, it's pretty hard to find something to do when you're bored, simply because you're also unmotivated. Try calling a friend and seeing what they're up to. Normally someone will invite you along or invite you over. This is also a great opportunity to get back in touch with someone you may not have seen or spoken to in a while. And if that doesn't work, try taking a nap or turning the t.v. on, and trust me, there is ALWAYS something on t.v., that's for sure.

go to sleep, listen to radio 2 or radio 4, tidy part of the house, read, smoke golden virginia, drink bailey's irish ceam with ice, cook some chicken, plant some bulbs, go for a walk, go on answers, ring sister, try clothes on, rearrange furniture, window shop, declutter - put unwanted stuff in a bag for charity shop, read old letters, make "to-do" lists, have a bath, wash + style hair, paint toe- nails, plan a holiday, sort out finances, wash the car, stroke the cat, look at old photographs, masturbate

I'm only bored at work, so I do my work and come to this site to answer questions. There is way too much to see and do outside of work, so I'm rarely bored. Occasionally when I have to wait like at a Dr's office I'll read books. I love to read when I can't do anything else that's more exciting.

I always have something to clean up in my house. If my house doesn't need a good cleaning, I'll cook a nice homemade meal for my family. I also have a puppy rotti, I'll take him for a walk. Sometimes, I'll get on the Internet. Bake some homemade cookies. Wash your car. You don't always have to try to find something good on TV to pass time. I'm a simple person though. to each their own.

Read, write, communicate with friends, meditate, ponder my existence. If this and all else fails, intoxicate myself into non caring oblivion. My drug of choice is booze, but any will do. ( as a last resort ).

Gardening. I get myself really exhausted cleaning up the yard. Then I treat myself to my favorite ice-cream and watch TV.
